POMAR WATER, SL, in order to achieve a higher quality in its activity, as well as a higher commitment for the environmental care and integrating the workers safety and health in each and every one of the processes it develops. The company is committed with the implementation of a Quality, Environment and Safety and Health at Work Management System in accordance with the points of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018, under the scope DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND REPAIR OF INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT FOR PLATFORM SHIPS, INDUSTRY AND CIVIL APPLICATIONS the following is established:

  • Know, analyze and satisfy the needs and expectations of our clients.

  • Prevent damage, deterioration of health and performance of Safety and Health at Work.

  • Prevent contamination that could generate the activity of POMAR WATER, S.L

  • Continuously improve the quality of our services, as well as our attitude towards environmental impacts and towards the safety of our workers that our activity generates.

  • Assume a proactive attitude to prevent the causes that may give rise to nonconformities.

  • Have adequate infrastructure and means for the development of our activities and means to achieve an effective and efficient safety and health of workers while respecting the environment.

  • Optimization of exhaustible natural resources, with special emphasis on the reuse of inert waste, as well as the proper management of other waste.

  • Have duly trained personnel about the specific risks of their jobs and the preventive measures to be carried out in them, both in terms of health and safety and quality and environment.

  • Encourage workers participation in the detection of unsafe or dangerous working conditions, providing suggestions and preventive improvements.

  • Always operate under strict compliance with current legislation that is applicable, as well as respect voluntary agreements adopted, requirements from its clients or other requirements that the company subscribes in relation to its environmental and health and safety aspects.

  • Promote Quality Management, Environment and Safety and Health at Work and Continuous Improvement to all staff, at all levels and in all processes of the Company in order to:

    • Offer personalized and specialized attention to national and international clients.

    • Understand the needs of customers and offer them the best solution, at the lowest cost with the shortest lead time. 

    • Clear and attractive presentation of the proposals.​

    • Listen to customer opinions and improve every day to meet their expectations.


The Policy is the reference to establish objectives and goals, with which to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality, Environment and Safety and Health Management System. It affects and is a responsibility of each and every one of the members of the Organization, it is communicated to the entire company for its knowledge, understanding and compliance and it is available to any person or entity that requests it. In addition, this policy is reviewed, analyzed and updated for its continuous adaptation.
